I am against FOCA. Are you?

The pro-abortion lobby is pushing this bill which will knock down all restrictions on abortion in the United States of America. Effects of this bill include:

1. Legalization of partial-birth abortions.

2. Elimination of parental consent laws for minors.

3. Publicly-funded abortions.

4. Annulment of required presentation of procedures alternative to abortion, to abortion candidates.

5. Elimination of legal support for medical staff and hospital refusal to perform abortion on grounds of conscience.

6. Abrogation of laws ensuring the performance of abortion by licensed physicians only.

7. Prohibition of government action that "discriminates against the exercise of" FOCA-designated legal rights, leaving government open to backlash of lawsuits for "discrimination" against candidates for abortion.

Barack Obama supports FOCA: "The first thing I would do as President is sign the Freedom of Choice Act."
