I discovered the answers to all of life's questions in Adolescent Development at BYU as a 20 year old junior--
It was thrilling to finally understand why I was such a goober.
Apparently, years later, I still am. However, I'm definitely much cooler and I'm super good looking and will probably be rich and famous in a minute or two. Things are looking up...
So, why not? Why not confess I'm reliving the glory days?
Last night we went to three different red box locations in search of one movie: The Princess Protection Program.
It was wonderful and horrible. There was a cute boy who was a jerk; and a goofy boy who was cute; and a four soldier, gun free revolution; a rude popular girl; a nicely dressed Hispanic woman; an attractive single father; and Demi Lovato. Gosh, I love Demi Lovato. I laughed! I cried! It was better than Cats. AND the bike helmets! How could I forget the bike helmets!*
When the movie was over, and the high had worn off, we gathered around to review our Taylor Swift music video repertoire. You Belong With Me spoke to my soul like it had never done before--if, of course, I had ever seen it before. At least, it sent me back to my t-shirt wearing, fuzzy haired, choir nerd, band geek, drama queen, high school days.
I'm thoroughly enjoying my visit.
*There were no helmets in the film, as there were no bikes. But, I assure you, if there had been bikes, there would have been helmets.

I've never heard of the Princess Protection Program. Or whatever. But I should probably be in it.
I haven't watched a Mary Kate and Ashley movie for far too long.
