This training record is completely useless, because I never recorded anything else, and probably will not. I've run up to wasatch several times, run 7 miles, and 3-4 miles several other times. I need to run 8, 9, and 10 miles the next few weeks. I will. Because all I ever do is over prepare for stuff. And running is one of those things that I enjoy preparing for.
