What a let down

I asked T to get Cosmo to hug me. His friend T started yelling, "Cosmo! Cosmo! Cosmo! She needs a hug." Cosmo heard alright and played around with the kid, pretending he didn't quite hear what he was saying. And then...that guy didn't even give me a hug. What a let down. So, who wants to make up for it?
